Any such representations put forth currently, or in the past, are known to be an untruthful representation or claim.

Any contracts, agreements, based on such representations of rights or ownership made by Roger Garland, Chair, The 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games organization or his representatives may effect the legitimacy and legality of any business arrangements, agreements, and/or contracts of those parties involved.

The 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games organization, their representatives, associates or sponsors have no legitimate or legal rights, association or claim to this Evancom^® TORONTO2015.COM^TM (or any  Evancom^® TORONTO 2015) business venture, project, concept, domain, website, content, creative elements, creative content, programs, graphics, or domain name.

Any representation made regarding  rights, association or claim to this Evancom^® TORONTO2015.COM^TM  (or any  Evancom^® TORONTO 2015)  business venture, project, concept, domain, website, content, creative elements, creative content, programs, graphics, or domain name which as was, and may still be trying to be put forth, is an exposed and recognised known misrepresentation initiated by a senior representative of Roger Garland, Chair, The 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games organization and may effect the legitimacy and legality of any business arrangements, agreements, and/or contracts which may have been entered into based on such a claim (implicit, explicit, public or private) by The 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games organization, their representatives, promoters, associates or sponsors .
