Any representation made regarding  rights, association or claim to this Evancom^® TORONTO2015.NET^TM  (or any  Evancom^® TORONTO 2015)  business venture, project, concept, domain, website, content, creative elements, creative content, programs, graphics, or domain name which as was, and may still be trying to be put forth, is an exposed and recognised known misrepresentation initiated by a senior representative of Roger Garland, Chair, The 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games organization and may effect the legitimacy and legality of any business arrangements, agreements, and/or contracts which may have been entered into based on such a claim (implicit, explicit, public or private) by The 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games organization, their representatives, promoters, associates or sponsors .
